By using NoteshipAI (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

NoteshipAI is a web application that uses AI to generate changelogs and README files from GitHub repository data. The Service is provided on a credit-based subscription model.

3. Account and credits

• You must sign in with a valid GitHub account to use the authenticated features.
• Free accounts receive 30 starter credits (one-time). Pro accounts receive 500 credits per month.
• Credits are consumed per generation and do not roll over on the free tier.
• Pro subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent credit limits or rate limits
• Reverse engineer or scrape the Service
• Use the Service to generate content that infringes third-party intellectual property

5. AI-generated content

Changelogs and READMEs are generated by AI and may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing or sharing it. NoteshipAI does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of AI output.

6. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the content generated from your repositories. NoteshipAI retains no rights to your generated changelogs or READMEs.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. NoteshipAI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
